Start the free trial

There are two trials: the scraping API free plan, 1,000 credits that you activate yourself in one click, and the proxy trial, 100 MB of residential traffic that a person approves in the chat. Neither needs a credit card.

There are two trials: the scraping API free plan, 1,000 credits that you activate yourself in one click, and the proxy trial, 100 MB of residential traffic that a person approves in the chat. Neither needs a credit card.

Scraping API: open to everyone

  1. On Home, click Activate for free in the Scraping API band.
  2. A Before you start dialog asks two quick questions: what you are planning to scrape (price monitoring, AI visibility, SEO and SERP, AI training data, lead enrichment, something else) and whether you have used a scraping API before. They only help us point you to the right tools; you can also click Skip.
  3. Click Activate for free. The Free plan is on: 1,000 credits, 5 concurrent requests, no card.
  4. Open Scraping API → Playground, keep Unlocker selected, paste a URL and click Start extraction. The result appears below with the credits it used. Blocked or failed requests cost nothing.

Proxies: 100 MB on request

  1. Click the chat bubble at the bottom right (or Open A Ticket in the left menu) and write "proxy trial" with one line on what you will test, for example "price pages on three retail sites".
  2. A member of the team approves it, usually within business hours; you get an email when the traffic is on your account.
  3. Open Residential Proxy: Data left shows the trial traffic. Follow Your first proxy request in five minutes.

The proxy trial is one per person or company and covers residential traffic only; mobile, ISP and datacenter are bought per GB or per IP from the first unit.

What happens next

The credit counter at the top of the Scraping API page shows plan credits, pay-as-you-go credits and what you used in the last 24 hours. When the free credits run out, Upgrade opens the plans and Buy credits sells a pack; pay-as-you-go credits never expire. Purchased proxy traffic never expires either.

If it did not work

  • No Activate for free button. The API is already active on your account; open Scraping API directly.
  • Proxy trial not approved. The request did not say what you will test, or the account looks like a duplicate. Reply in the chat with the detail; support reads every request.
