How pricing works: GB, IPs and credits
Three units, one rule: rotating proxies are billed per GB, static proxies per IP for a period, scraping APIs in credits per successful request. Failed and blocked requests are never charged.

Proxies
The price per GB and per IP falls with the quantity you buy; the current grid is on datafuel.ai/pricing and on the cards on Home, launch discounts included. There is no monthly minimum on residential and mobile: buy 2 GB or 2,000 GB with Buy data on the plan page.

Scraping APIs
Every request costs a number of credits set by the network it runs on and the work it does. Blocked and failed requests return their credits.
Credits come from a monthly plan (Starter, Growth, Business, Scale) or from pay-as-you-go packs. Pack credits never expire. The Free plan gives you 1,000 credits and 5 concurrent requests to try everything; Starter gives 300,000 credits a month and 10 concurrent requests. JS render in the Playground is the browser-rendering option.
Your balance, cards and VAT
- Your account has one balance, shown in the top bar. You fill it under Settings → Deposits (between $10 and $5,000 at a time; card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee). Purchases and renewals are taken from the balance.
- Every checkout shows the price, the quantity, a Tax line and the total before you confirm. VAT follows your Billing Details: 22% for Italian customers, none for EU businesses with a valid VAT number, your country's rate for EU consumers, none outside the EU.
- A proxy top-up is a one-off charge; the traffic sits on the plan until you use it.
- A static plan renews automatically at the end of its term unless you turn renewal off; you get emails 7, 3 and 1 days before the charge. Replacing a static IP costs a small fee per replacement once the plan's included replacements are used.
- An API plan renews monthly; packs are one-off.
- Prices are in USD.
